Ron graduated high school in 1973 and started work at Burroughs in their Reading office. In 1986 Burroughs merged with Sperry to create Unisys. While at Burroughs/Unisys Ron worked his way up to group manager and worked on multiple jobs from a mail room letter sorter to radar and computers for the Reading Airport. Ron stayed with Unisys until 1990, when the company closed the Reading office.

In 1990, Ron started working at ECI, a cable manufacturer. He worked his way up to being a supervisor in his ten year career at ECI. In those ten years he mainly worked on assembling wire harnesses, and cables.

In 2000, Ron took a panel building position at Ai Control, which merged with WBA Automation in 2016. Ron continued working full time for WBA Automation until January of 2022, and continued part time until May of 2022.

Ron was instrumental in the successful merger of WBA and Ai controls.  He took on responsibility for managing the building of test-stations for a key customer as well as the assembly and testing of small control panels. He was heavily involved in quoting projects as well as ordering parts and managing personnel, all while building panels himself. He organized part storage and helped train new employees.  Ron continued to pass on his vast knowledge of wiring and assembling control panels to as many employees as possible.

Ron stands out for his work ethic, integrity, and helpful disposition.  He is a shining example for all of us at WBA and Ai Controls.

We will forever be in his debt for his dedication and service.
