We have extensive experience with cut-to-length applications.&nbsp; We have developed control systems for a large band saw manufacturer.&nbsp; These have included multiple systems with automatic conveyors and an automatic end stop that moves to adjust the stop position of bundles of steel for accurate positioning.&nbsp; For this company, we also produced several systems that use gripper feeders and lead eyes to determine the position of steel bundles for accurate length positioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also have a relationship with a rotary head tube cutting equipment manufacturer.&nbsp; We programmed multiple systems that use lead and tail sensor photoeyes for determining tube position and length for accurate tube cut dimensions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We also assisted in developing a cost effective feed system for accurately feeding and shearing aluminum for production of small enclosed trailers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because of these relationships, WBA has had engineers work in Tennessee, West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, and German manufacturing facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-0 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><\/ul><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WBA has had relationships with multiple manufacturers of cut-to-length equipment.&nbsp;
