Complete Mix System<\/h4>\n\n\n\n\n\nA customer had purchased a complete mixing system from Novaflow. WBA was engaged to provide the batching and storage controls to handle product between the mixing system and final use. While the project completed successfully, the customer was dissatisfied with the inability to customize the Novaflow system. In a follow-on project, the customer asked WBA to replace the PC-based Novaflow control system with PLC controls. WBA successfully integrated the multiple pumps, valves and weigh scales into the existing batch control plc, replacing the two Novaflow control PCs.
